About Swami Vivekananda Scholarship
The Government of West Bengal introduces this Swami Vivekananda Scholarship 2024 for the meritorious students at various levels of higher education, at educational institutions based in West Bengal, to aid deserving students from economically disadvantaged families in the State of West Bengal in pursuing higher education. All other students enrolled in classes from 9th to 12th grade as well as postgraduate and undergraduate students are also eligible for the scholarships. These scholarships will assist the students in obtaining a quality education and assisting them in overcoming the financial load that their education has placed on them.
- Students enrolled in M.Phil. and Ph.D. programmes at State-Aided Institutions will be covered by this Scholarship Program. Applicants who choose to apply for these scholarships and are accepted will not be permitted to receive any other governmental (central/state) aid for the same programme or stage of the study.
