Overview of MP Scholarship 2024
The Madhya Pradesh scholarship is introduced by the Government of Madhya Pradesh for the SC/ST/OBC students for financially supporting students. The SC/ST/OBC students will get a scholarship amount up per year to cover their tuition fees or other expenses. The registration for the MP Scholarship will run all over the year. Eligibility Criteria
- Students should score more than 75% in their 12th standard from the Secondary Education Board of Madhya Pradesh or score 85% marks from the CBSE/ICSE BOARD.
- The annual family income of candidates should not be more than Rs. 6 lakh.
- Students from engineering backgrounds must score good marks in the JEE examination and score in the range in between 50,000 students.
- Students from medical courses must enroll in Government or Private MBBS College through the NEET Examination.
- It is expected of law candidates that they pass the CLAT and are admitted to an NLU.
MP Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for OBC Students
Eligibility Criteria
- Students whose parents are registered as a workmen under the Labour Department of Madhya Pradesh are eligible for this scholarship scheme.
- Students from engineering backgrounds must score good marks in the JEE examination and score in the range of between 1, and 50,000 students.
- Students from medical courses must enroll in Government or Private MBBS College through the JPMER or AIIMS Examination.
- It is expected of law candidates that they pass the CLAT and were admitted to an NLU.
MP Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for SC Students
Eligibility Criteria
- The annual family income of the candidate should not be more than Rs. 75,000 for 100% scholarship.
- The annual family income of the candidate should not be more than Rs. 1,00,000 for 50% scholarship.
- Applicants must belong to the Other Backward Community category.
MP Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for ST Students
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must belong to the Scheduled Tribe category.
- The annual family income of the candidate should not be more than Rs. 2,50,000 for 100% scholarship.
- The annual family income of the candidate should be in between Rs. 2,50,000 to 6 lakh for 50% scholarship.
