To help the financially backward students of Madhya Pradesh, the Madhya Pradesh State government launched the MP scholarship portal 2.0. Under this scheme, the Madhya Pradesh State government will provide various scholarships to the students who belong to the backward sections of society. With the help of this scholarship, students can pursue their education without worrying about financial problems. The financial assistance from these scholarships will be transferred directly to the applicant’s bank account. About Madhya Pradesh Scholarship

Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh state.
• The applicant must have passed Class 12 with 70% or more marks (if appeared through the Secondary Education Board of Madhya Pradesh) or have obtained 85% or more marks (if appeared through the CBSE/ICSE Board).
• The annual income of the applicant’s parents must not exceed INR 6 Lakh per year
• The Brigade must have taken admission in an undergraduate-level course at a recognized university or institution.
• If the student is going for engineering the candidate must have qualified JEE mains exam with a rank of less than 1,50,000.
• If the applicant is doing medical courses the candidate must have obtained admission to a government or private medical college through Neet merit.
• If the applicant is doing law the applicant must have qualified for the CLAT  examination and obtained admission to an NLU  or Delhi University.

MP Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for OBC Students

To help all the financially unstable students who have cleared their class 12th examination and want to pursue higher education. The Madhya Pradesh State government launched the MP post-matric scholarship scheme for OBC students. All the selected candidates for this scholarship will get 100% fees waived by the state government. Only the students who belong to the OBC category are eligible to apply for this scheme. All the Students who clear the eligibility criteria can fill out the application form before the last date. With the help of this scheme, students can pursue higher education without worrying about financial troubles. This scheme is only available to the permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh state.

Selection Process

• The applicant will selected based on their clearance of eligibility criteria.
