Gyansetu Merit Scholarship Form 2024: Check Eligibility and Last Date

The Government of Gujarat has taken the initiative of introducing a merit-based scholarship scheme called Gyansetu Merit Scholarship for the students of the State to offer them an opportunity to enroll in 6th standard in Gnanshakti Residential Schools, Gnanshakti Tribal Residential Schools, Rakshashakti Schools, and Model Schools. The students who are already studying in these schools are also eligible to apply and those who are in private schools.

The candidates will get a scholarship amount to cover their educational expenses. The students will get the scholarship amount directly into their bank account via the DBT Method. Gyansetu Merit Scholarship Form 2024

The Gyansetu Merit Scholarship Form 2024 has been released for the academic year 2024-25 for those students who are currently enrolled in 5th standard and about to be admitted to 6th standard. The selection of students will be done based on the Common Entrance Test which will be held for the admission of students under the 6th standard in Gnanshakti Residential Schools, Gnanshakti Tribal Residential Schools, Rakshashakti Schools, and Model Schools.

• The question paper will contain 120 marks with 150 minutes of duration. The last date for registration under the Gyansetu Merit Scholarship will be on 30th March 2024. So, applicants must fill in their application form by the deadline. There will be no application form for the registration of the Common Entrance Test. The scholarship amount received under the Gyansetu Merit Scholarship will depend on the class in which the candidate is enrolled.

The objective of the Gyansetu Merit Scholarship

The main aim of the Gyansetu Merit Scholarship is to motivate or encourage Students to make all the financially weak students educated the same as the financially privileged students. With the rising amount of school fees, many students are not able to pay it, as they are about to take a drop in their education. Through this Gyansetu Merit Scholarship Students will easily pay their fees.

• The selected students will receive a Scholarship amount for the duration of their pursuing course. Many students are very motivated towards their studies but the high rising amount of school fees cannot be affordable by economically disadvantaged students. This will encourage many talented students to fulfill their passion and make their families or India proud.

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant should be a resident of Gujarat.
• The applicant should enroll in the 5th standard under the Government or Private schools of the state.
• The candidate must enroll in Gnanshakti Residential Schools, Gnanshakti Tribal Residential Schools, Rakshashakti Schools, and Model Schools.
• Candidates must score good marks in their Common Entrance Test.
