MP NMMS Exam 2024- Application Process, Eligibility and Last Date

MP NMMS Exam:- The School Education Department, Madhya Pradesh is announcing the implementation of the MP NMMS Scholarship 2024 i.e. National Merit cum Means Scholarship for the students of Madhya Pradesh who are pursuing 8th standard and belong to economically weaker families. Under the MP NMMS Scholarship 2024 students will get financial help of Rs.1,000 (12000 per annum) every month from 9th standard to 12th standard. This will be a great help for students who cannot afford the expenses of their school education. Students must score a minimum of 55% marks in 7th standard to be eligible for the MP NMMS Scholarship 2024.

The MP NMMS exam will be held on the 6th of December 2023 in 2 shifts. Students must apply under the scholarship as the deadline for registration will be on 22nd January 2023.

Importance of MP NMMS Exam 2024

National Merit cum Means Scholarship is a great financial support for those students who are not financially strong but have faith to be educated people to fulfill all their dreams and desires. Students who pass class 7th from any government or government-aided schools expect students of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Navodaya Vidyalaya, non-government schools, and residential schools to be eligible. Under the MP NMMS scholarship students will be able to continue their studies because they will get financial assistance from 8th class to 12th class.

• To be eligible for the scholarship it is necessary to score at least 55% marks in the 7th standard. Through the MP NMMS Scholarship the rate of dropout students will decrease and the literacy rate increase as all students take the privilege of education.

National Means Cum Merit Scholarship

The NMMS Scholarship 2023 has been introduced by the Ministry of Human Resource Development’s Department of School Education and Literacy. The National Merit cum Means Scholarship is a great financial support for those students who are not financially strong but have faith to be educated people to fulfill all their dreams and desires. NMMS Scholarship will offer Rs. 12,000 to the students who pass class 7th from any government or government-aided school except students of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Navodaya Vidyalaya, non-government schools, and residential schools are not eligible.

The Objective of the MP NMMS Exam

The main aim of the MP NMMS Exam 2024 is to offer an opportunity for students to put them in a situation to face a competitive exam so they can clear it and achieve the scholarship amount to fulfill the expenses of their education. Through the NMMS Scholarship Exam, financially weak students will get a chance to be educated the same as financially privileged students.

• With the rising amount of school fees, many students are not able to pay it, as they are about to drop out of school. Through this Scholarship, students will easily pay their school fees. The selected students will receive Rs. 1,000 every month from the 8th class to the 12th class.

Eligibility Criteria for Madhya Pradesh NMMS Scholarship 2024

• Students must be permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh.
• Students who pass class 7th and are now in 8th standard will be eligible for the scholarship.
• Students must score a minimum of 55% marks in 7th standard to be eligible for the MP NMMS Scholarship 2024.
• Students from government or government-aided schools expect students of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Navodaya Vidyalaya, non-government schools, and residential schools to be eligible.
• The annual income should not be more than Rs. 1.5 lakh per annum.

• After filling all these details you need to click on the Search button.
• After completing these details, all the relevant information will be on your screen.

How to Download Admit Card

• Applicants first need to visit the Official Website of NMMS.
• The homepage will appear on your screen, where you have to click on the Admit Card option.
• On this page enter your Examination number, Application id and other details.
• After that your admit card will be open on your screen, click on the download button to keep it on your device.
• Print it out for further use.
