Pre-Matric Scholarship Scheme for Minorities

If you are currently studying in class first to class 10th then you will be eligible to apply for the pre-matric scholarship schemes presented by the Indian Government but these scholarship schemes are only available for students who belong to the minority community. The annual family income of the students must be less than rupees 1 lakh and they must have scored more than 50% marks in the last qualifying exams.   • Students must be studying in classes 1 to 10.
  • Students must have scored at least 50% marks in the previous final exam.

Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme for Minorities

The students who are currently in classes 11th and 12th will be able to apply for the post-matric scholarship scheme presented by the Indian government however the annual income of the students must be rupees less than 2 lakh.   • Students of classes 11 and 12 are eligible under this scholarship scheme.
  • Students who have been admitted in technical and vocational courses in ITI/Industrial Training Centres affiliated with NCVT (at class 11 & 12 level) can also apply.
  • Students who are pursuing Polytechnics and other courses are also eligible to apply.
  • Students must have scored at least 50% marks in the previous final exam.
  • Note: Certificate courses and any other courses of less than one year duration are not covered under this scheme.
  • The annual family income must not be more than INR 2 Lakhs.

Selection Process
  • The candidates for applying for the minority scholarships will be selected based on the eligibility criteria presented by the Indian government.
  • Preference will be given to the people who belong to the minority community and the students will be selected based on their annual family income.
  • The students can be called for an interview round based on the eligibility criteria that is presented by the Indian government; however, they must also perform well in their last qualifying exams.
  • The exam that the students have given recently must be done very well and they must have scored more than 50% marks in the last qualifying examination to be eligible.
