About Fair and Lovely Scholarship

The Glow & Lovely Foundation is implementing the Fair and Lovely Scholarship for all the meritorious girls who are unable to higher education due to financial crises. The scholarship will offer financial assistance to women belonging to the age group of 15 to 30 years who want to do UG and PG courses. The beneficiary girl students will receive a financial amount of 25,000 to 30,000 per annum for their studies. This will be a very huge amount for the students who lose hope of continuing their education.

Objective of Fair and Lovely Foundation Scholarship

The aim of the Glow & Lovely Foundation behind the implementation of Fair and Lovely Scholarship is to offer financial assistance to those meritorious or talented girl students who cannot continue their education due to family pressure or financial crises. The girls sacrifice their studies for their families. To help these students the scholarship will offer them a definite amount of money so they can afford the educational expenses. The scholarship will help these girls to be encouraged and motivated to fulfill their dream without putting a burden to family or others.

Eligibility Criteria for Scholarship Fair and Lovely

Candidates must fulfill the fair and lovely scholarship eligibility:

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of India.
• Only girl students are able to fill out the scholarship form.
• The age of students must be between 15 to 30 years.
• Students must be enrolled in undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
• Applicants must score a minimum of 60% marks in their 10th and 12th standards.
• The annual family income of the family should not exceed 6 lakh rupees.
• Applicants from the 8th standard must score 50% marks.

Selection Process for the Scholarship

The selection of the students will be done on the basis of the following criteria:

• Selection of the girl student will be done on the basis of merit and marks scored.
• The student selection will include a telephone interview.
• The interview will be done in 10 to 15 minutes.
• The candidate must give the interview according to their preferred language. There will be no compulsory language. You will be free to use your native language.
• Special preference will be given to children who are physically disabled.
• Once you are selected for the scholarship the concerned authority will display your name on the official website.
