Overview of Bhinnaseshy Souhrida Scholarship

Bhinnaseshy Souhrida Scholarship Is an initiative of the Government of Kerala for Kerala students who are deaf, blind, or PH to provide them financial assistance to cover the expenses of their education every month. The candidate should enroll in Govt/Aided Arts and Science Colleges, Music Colleges, and Govt/Aided Higher Secondary/Vocational Higher Secondary Schools. The registration process for the Bhinnaseshy Souhrida Scholarship will be started in February 2024 for new candidates.

• The amount of the scholarship will be decided by the Department. It will be directly transferred into your bank account via the DBT Method. For the candidates who are blind their annual family income must be less than Rs. 2,50,000 or for PH Students it will be Rs. 4,50,000.

The main aim of the Bhinnaseshy Souhrida Scholarship is to financially help the deaf, blind, or PH students of Kerala for their higher education. • Candidate must be a permanent resident of Kerala.
•  The applicant should be physically handicapped, deaf, or blind.
•  For the candidates who are blind their annual family income must be less than Rs. 2,50,000 or for PH Students it will be Rs. 4,50,000.
