AICTE Saksham Scholarship For Specially Abled Degree Students

The AICTE Saksham Scholarship For Specially Abled Degree Students offers them financial assistance for their Graduation from Technical courses. The scholarship amount will be continued for first-year admitted students who have a maximum time duration of four years, whereas second-year admitted students have a maximum time duration of three years. There will be no further grants to be paid instead of hostel fees, medical costs, etc. The amount of benefit will be transferred via the DBT method. This scholarship will be offered to those students who are enrolled in AICTE-affiliated institutes in graduation courses in the technical field.

Eligibility Criteria

• The student should be at least 40% differently disabled.
• Students should enroll in the first year of the degree course in the Technical department of an affiliated institute or in the second year of the degree course through lateral entry.
• Students’ annual family income should be less than or equal to Rs. 8 lakh.
• Students should provide an income certificate approved by the State/UT government.

AICTE Saksham Scholarship For Specially Abled Diploma Students

The AICTE Saksham Scholarship For Specially Abled Diploma Students to offer them financial assistance for their diploma course. The scholarship amount will be continued for first-year admitted students who have a maximum time duration of 3 years, whereas second-year admitted students have a maximum time duration of 2 years. There will be no further grants to be paid instead of hostel fees, medical costs, etc. The amount of benefit will be transferred via the DBT method. This scholarship will be offered to those students who are enrolled in AICTE-affiliated institutes in diploma courses in the technical field.

Important Dates

Reward Details

The selected students will get a scholarship amount of rupees 50000 per year for the expenses of their education which will cover stationary items, tuition fees, and other accommodation. 

Required Documents

• Class 10th and 12th mark sheet
• Income certificate approved by the State/UT government
• Admission letter provided by the AICTE Institute for Degree and Diploma course.
• Receipt of tuition fee
• Bank account passbook seeded with the Aadhaar card
• Caste certificate (applicable for SC, ST, or OBC candidates)
• Aadhaar card
• Duly signed declaration by the parents confirming the accuracy of information provided in the application form
• Certificate issued by the Director/Principal/Head of the Institute
• Disability certificate issued by the competent authority

The selection of students will be done based on their eligibility criteria and documents uploaded with the application form.

• The homepage will appear on your screen, here you have to click on the New Registration option.
• A new page will open on your screen, read all the instructions and click on the Continue button.
• Now the registration page will appear on your screen. If all the necessary details such as:

• After filling all these steps click on the submit button. All the process of registration will be completed.
