The girl students, physically disabled girl students, and transgender students will apply under the Legrand Empowering Scholarship 2023. The students from higher education courses like: B.Tech/BE/B.Arch./ Other graduation (Finance or Science) – BSC/BCOM/BBA/etc. Will get 60% of annual course fees worth rupees 60,000 per year.
- The Physically disabled or Transgender students will get 80% of annual course fees which will be around Rs. 1,00,000 per annum. Students will be able to receive this benefit till the completion of their specific graduation course.
- If any of the students lost their parents in the Covid pandemic or have a single parent, with a financial income of less than 5,00,000 per annum will be eligible for the scholarship.

The main aim of the Legrand Empowering Scholarship is to encourage female students to go to college and become future leaders in the fields of architecture and engineering. Girls’ education is the most important part, as education is essential for every individual besides their gender. Eligibility Criteria of Legrand Empowering Scholarship
- Applicants must be Girl students.
- If a student is physically disabled or Transgender then they are eligible for education.
- The annual family income of a student should not be more than Rs. 5,00,000.
- Students must enroll in the following courses: B.Tech/BE/B.Arch./ Other graduation (Finance or Science) – BSC/BCOM/BBA/etc.
- Students must pass class 12th with at least 70% marks.
- Students must be a permanent resident of India.
