- Candidates must be permanent residents of India.
- The candidate should be a permanent resident of West Bengal.
- Students must belong, to are economically weaker section of society where their animal income should not be moved and be 60,000 per annum.
- Students must be studying in 11th, 12th, under graduation courses.
- Candidates must score 65% marks in their 10th standard, 60% marks in their 12th standard and at least.55% marks in the undergraduate courses.
