• Candidate must be a permanent resident of India.
• The financial annual income of a family should not be more than 3.6 lakh per annum.
• Students must score at least 60% marks in Pre-University courses, Diplomas, and Industrial Training Institutes.

• Candidates must belong to the districts of Hassan, Myusur, Mandya, Chikkaballapur, or Tumkur.
• The candidate must enroll under the institution which is situated in the above districts.
• In case any candidate is pursuing the following courses from a distance or online, then they are not eligible for this scholarship.
