Micron Foundation and UWH Collaborate to Offer URAM Scholarship to 60 Indian Engineering Students

Micron Foundation in collaboration with United Way of Hyderabad has launched URAM Scholarship for 60 Indian Engineering Students. Under this scholarship, financial help will be provided to around 60 of the brightest students from engineering institutes in India. This scholarship will help the students by offering them a part towards a brighter future and academic excellence. Objective of URAM Scholarship

To provide an opportunity for students to unlock their potential and pursue education in the engineering field, the Micron Foundation in collaboration with United Way of Hyderabad has launched the Uram Scholarship. Under this scholarship, financial help will be provided to support a student who is currently pursuing their BTech and Mtech in the field of computer science engineering electronics and electrical engineering, and electronics And Computer Engineering. The main objective of launching this scheme is to provide financial help to the students so that they can continue their education in the engineering field without worrying about any financial problems. With the help of this scholarship, the student will become empowered to pursue their academic respiration with renewed vigor.

Eligibility Criteria

• An applicant must be a permanent resident of India. 
• The candidate must be pursuing a B.tech 3rd semester and Mtech 1st semester. 
• Out of 60 participants, 16 should be women and 10 should be people with disability. 
• An applicant must be pursuing from an Indian seeding institute such as IIT Delhi, IIT Bangalore IIT Gandhinagar IIT Hyderabad BITS Pilani National Institute of Technology Karnataka Surat cal Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University of Women NIT Trichy, and JNTUH College of Engineering.

• The selected candidates will be provided with INR 80,000 per student to continue their Academy aspirations.
