A new scholarship initiative has been introduced by the Education Minister of Himachal Pradesh Mr. Rohit Thakur for the deserving or talented students of the State to offer them financial help to prepare for competitive exams. According to Rohit Thakur, the literacy rate of Himachal Pradesh is 88% higher which is second highest in India. The implementation of the Mere Sheher Ke 100 Ratan scholarship Himachal Pradesh 2024 was launched on 25th February 2024.
To implement this scholarship scheme the top 100 students from all constituencies of the state will be selected who will be gone for preparation of the competition exam free of cost. It will Motivate and encourage other talented or meritorious students to complete their education at the government school and then prepare for these competitive examinations to increase the literacy rate of the state and motivate others.

The Mere Shahar Ke 100 Ratan scholarship in Himachal Pradesh is introduced by the education minister Rohit Thakur for the students of the state who are enrolled in government schools and completed their education. Through the implementation of this scholarship students will be getting 100% scholarships for preparing for competitive examinations like SSC, Railways, Banking, And other examinations.
