The Government of Maharashtra has created a scholarship scheme called MahaDBT Post Matric Scholarship 2024. This MahaDBT Post Matric Scholarship 2024 will be a one-stop for the students as this portal will contain various scholarship schemes for the students who belong to economically weaker section areas. The students who are in 11th, 12th, Undergraduate, or Postgraduate education level will be eligible to apply. Students who got selected under the MahaDBT Post Matric Scholarship 2024 will get Tuition Fees, Exam Fees Maintenance Allowance, etc.

About MahaDBT Post Matric Scholarship

The MahaDBT Post Matric Scholarship is implemented for the students who are currently enrolled in class 11th,12th, 12th, and Post-graduation levels to offer them financial assistance to fulfill their educational requirements. Students whose family income is less than Rs. 2.50.000/- per annum are not eligible for the MahaDBT Post Matric Scholarship. Scholarship amount will be given to selected candidates based on the scholarship they have applied for. Besides this scholarship amount candidates will also receive multiple allowances which include maintenance allowance, Transportation allowance, Extra coaching allowance, etc.

  • Eligible students need to fill in the application form from 11th October 2023 to 31st March 2024. The scholarship amount will be transferred into the bank account of candidates via direct bank transfer method.  It will create transparency among the department and students for the scholarship amount and other allowances.

The objective of the MahaDBT Post Matric Scholarship

The main aim of the MahaDBT Post Matric Scholarship is to motivate or encourage the Students to make all the financially weak students educated the same as the financially privileged students. With the rising amount of college fees, many students are not able to pay it, as they are about to take a drop in their education. Through this MahaDBT Post Matric Scholarship Students will easily pay their fees. The selected students will receive a Scholarship amount for the duration of their pursuing course.
