- The annual family income of selected students should not be more than Rs. 2.50 lakh per annum. It will be said by the Education Minister that students need to fill out the registration form before the deadline which is on 10 February 2024. Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be permanent residents of Assam.
- The candidates should be enrolled in class 1st to 8th standard or in a matric course.
- The annual family income of selected students should not be more than Rs. 2.50 lakh per annum.
- Candidates must belong to the Scheduled Caste community.
- Candidates must enroll in a government or the Central State Board of Secondary Education.
- The applicant cannot receive any other federally supported pre-matriculation scholarships.

- A new page will open on your screen, read all the instructions and click on the Continue button.
- Now the registration page will appear on your screen. If in all the necessary details such as:

Offline Application Process for Assam SC Pre-Matric Scholarship
- Students need to submit the Assam Pre SC Scholarship Application Form along with a photocopy of their bank passbook, caste certificate, and income certificate to the head of the institute.
- The institution’s head will then create a list of applicants with information in accordance with the application format and deliver it to the relevant sub-divisional welfare offices officer’s office together with the original application forms and other pertinent paperwork.
- The application form will then be examined by all of the sub-divisional welfare officials, who will also check all of the supporting documentation. Before October 31st, 2023, the officer will get the completed list of supporting documentation.
