UP Scholarship:- Uttar Pradesh is the largest population-holding state of India with a diversity of people. Some belong to SC\ST\OBC\General and Economically Weaker Section. Students who enrolled in classes 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th, Diploma, graduation, postgraduate, and Ph.D. programs will get an opportunity to apply under the UP Scholarship for the academic year 2024 to get a scholarship for their education purposes. The Uttar Pradesh Scholarship was introduced by the Department of Social Welfare, Government of India. The UP Scholarship will offer benefits to almost 2 lakh schools and 60 Universities of UP.

Importance of UP Scholarship
Uttar Pradesh Government introduced various scholarships for the students of the state such as Pre matric scholarships, and matric scholarships. Students need to apply for scholarships according to the classes they enrolled in. For registration under the scholarship, students need to visit the official website of SAKSHAM. The online submission of the scholarship form for pre-matric students will be started in June 2023. The online submission of scholarship forms for post-matric students will be started in July 2023.

The objective of the UP Scholarship
The main goal of the UP Scholarship is to help every student to make them educated and develop the literacy rate of the state. The scholarship will offer financial assistance to the students who are in pre-matric (9th, 10th) or post-matric (11th, 12th, diploma, graduation, post-graduation, Ph.D.) courses. It will cover all the categories of students who may belong to SC\ST\OBC\General or Economically Weaker Section. Selected students will receive financial assistance according to the application scholarship. The amount of benefit will be transferred into the bank account of students directly via the Direct Bank Transfer method.
