About Virchow Scholarship Program 2024

The Virchow Scholarship Program 2024 was started by the Virchow Foundation which is a branch of Virchow Groups. The scholarship scheme is a component of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes of the Virchow Group.  Under the Virchow Scholarship Program 2024, girl students need to submit the application form in online mode to avail the benefits of the scholarship. The selection of candidates will be done based on the merit list and their financial condition. Students need to score at least 70% marks in the 10th and 12th boards.

The objective of the Virchow Scholarship Program

The main objective of the Virchow Scholarship Program 2024 is to promote girl education, as many girls are not able to complete their education because of financial conditions. To financially support meritorious students Virchow will offer scholarships as a regard to cover the expenses of their education. Many girl students from Andhra Pradesh or Tamil Nadu are about to drop out of school or college because their families are not able to pay the education fees. Eligibility Criteria for the Virchow Scholarship Program

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of India.
• Students must be a girl and belong to Andhra Pradesh or Tamil Nadu
• The students should enroll in class 11th or in the 1st year of Diploma\Graduation from any stream.
• Students must score at least 70% marks in their 10th or 12th board.
• The annual family income of the applicant should be Rs. 3 lakh per annum.
• If any of the family members of the candidates get employed in Virchow or Buddy4Study will not be eligible for the scholarship.

Selection Process

Selection of candidates will be done based on merit list and their family condition, the verification will be done by document verification and telephonic interview.
