Its goal is to uplift the impoverished by financing their further education. The selected pupils would receive ₹10,000 every year. The Vidyadhan Goa Scholarship 2024 was introduced for students in Goa state and several other states in India; it has helped about 8,000 students in total. Through the Vidyadhan Scholarship Program, the Sarojini Damodaran Foundation assists worthy students from low-income households in covering the cost of their college education. Approximately 8,000 students are currently enrolled in the Vidyadhan program in the states of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, New Delhi, Ladakh, Goa, and so on.

The objective of Vidyadhan Goa Scholarship
The objective of the Vidhyadhan Goa Scholarship is to provide financial assistance to the students of Goa who want to do further studies. The highest scholarship amount for students in grades 11 and 12 would be Rs. 10,000 per year. Students from Goa whose family’s monthly income is less than Rs. 4 lakh and who finished their SSC or 10th-grade test in 2024. Additionally, they had to receive a 7 CGPA or 75% on their 10th grade or SSC exam. For students with disabilities, 60% is the cutoff score or CGPA of six. The students in Goa will benefit a lot from this scholarship and they will not have to worry about their tuition fees and other expenses.
