About Har Chatravriti Portal

The Government of Haryana has created a scholarship portal called Har Chhatravritti Portal. This Har Chhatravritti Portal will be a one-stop for the students as this portal will contain 13 scholarship schemes from 6 major departments of the government. Under this portal, students will be eligible to get financial amounts through which candidates will be able to pursue higher education. The Har Chhatravritti Portal will offer 3 3-tier verification of the application.

• The verification of candidates’ application forms will be done in 3 levels i.e. Institute, University/Nodal Body, and Head Office thus ensuring the complete authentication of the applicant. Each applicant must have a Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) to take advantage of the state government’s scholarship schemes. Applicants must be a permanent resident of Haryana.

• Candidates must score at least 60% marks in their degree courses.
