About Lucknow University Scholarship

Lucknow University has announced the implementation of 2 scholarship schemes for the students of the university who are enrolled in self-finance or regular courses. These 2 scholarships are the Chatra Kalyan Scholarship and the Karmyogi Scheme. The students who applied under the Chatra Kalyan Scholarship will get a scholarship amount up to Rs. 15,000 or their college fee whichever will get less. If any student wants to apply under the Karmyogi Scheme, they will get work experience at the university.

• Where they get employment inside the campus and generate Rs. 150 per hour for 50 days. All the students need to submit their application forms before the deadline. The annual family income of the candidate should be less than Rs. 3 lakh. The selection of students will be done based on eligibility criteria and document verification.

Chatra Kalyan Scholarship 2024

Chatra Kalyan scholarship is introduced to offer financial assistance to students who belong to financially weaker backgrounds. The students who are selected for the Chatra KalyanScholarship will get a scholarship amount up to Rs. 15,000 or their college fee whichever will get less. This will encourage and motivate multiple students.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students must be a permanent resident of Lucknow University.
• The annual family income of the candidate should not be more than Rs. 3 lakh.
• The attendance of students should not be more than 75% in the previous year or semester.
• Students must qualify for their previous year’s examination without a back paper with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Should have not been involved in any unlawful action.
• The Lucknow University Scholarship Scheme 2023 will not be awarded to individuals who are receiving any sort of financial aid, including fellowships or scholarships.

Karmayogi Scholarship

The Karmayogi Scholarship is announced for students who want to skill up their qualities to become self-dependent. The students will get work experience at the university. Where they get employment inside the campus and generate Rs. 150 per hour for 50 days. It will encourage students to get work experience without jumping into the corporate world.
