Kapila and Nirmal Hingorani Foundation Pegasus Scholarship:- Many scholarship programs have been introduced for the students to fulfill their educational expenses. This time the initiative has been taken for the lawyers to provide them an opportunity to practice in England and Wales over eight weeks. The initiative has been taken by the Kapila and Nirmal Hingorani Foundation in collaboration with the Pegasus scholarship. Lawyers who have around 7 years of work experience will get this opportunity to visit abroad to practice and gain knowledge or information about the law system abroad.
It will help them to enhance their practice and the top-class judges and lawyers. The scholar would typically have the opportunity to visit a variety of courts, including the Old Bailey, the High Court, and the Supreme Court, where they would be accompanied by a judge for the duration of the tour.

The Kapila and Nirmal Hingorani Foundation Pegasus Scholarship will be an opportunity for the lawyers of India to practice in the UK under the guidance of well-established lawyers and judges it will be an 8-week practice session where the Indian lawyers get practice in 2 different stages of barristers’ chambers in London which practice in the scholar’s preferred areas of law. The scholar would usually be requested to help with research and/or drafting, and these positions would provide an opportunity to witness lobbying in action.
- The selected lawyers will be able to get living expenses in London, for 8 weeks. No other charges, such as return airfare, visa fees, travel-related expenses, or insurance (health, medical, or travel), are covered by the scholarship.
