General Eligibility Criteria
- Students must be a permanent resident of Goa.
- The applicant should belong to the SC/ST/OBC Category.
- The annual family income of the candidate should not be more than Rs. 3 lakh.
- Students must enroll in school, undergraduate, postgraduate or Ph.D. courses in recognized institutes.
