Aikyashree Scholarship 2024 was launched by the West Bengal Minority Development and Finance Corporation. All the students who belong to minority communities in West Bengal State are eligible to apply for the Aikyashree Scholarship 2024. This scholarship will provide financial assistance to students who want to pursue higher education but cannot due to financial problems. Only the students who belong to the minority communities are eligible to apply for the scholarship. All the Students who clear the eligibility criteria benefit from the scheme by filling out the application form before the last date 15th January 2024.

The main objective of this Aikyashree Scholarship is to provide financial assistance to financially unstable students. The last day to apply for the Aikyashree Scholarship is 15th January 2024. Aikyashree Pre-Matric Scholarship

To help the student who was still studying in school and had not cleared their class 12 examination the West Bengal State Government launched the Aikyashree Pre-Matric Scholarship. Students who are studying in school are eligible to apply for the Aikyashree Pre-Matric Scholarship. With the help of this scholarship, students can pursue higher education without worrying about financial problems. All the Students who clear the eligibility criteria can fill out the application form before the last date to avail the benefits of the scheme. The financial assistance from this scholarship will be transferred directly to the applicant’s bank account.  

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of West Bengal State.
• The annual income of the applicant’s family must not exceed INR 2 lakh per year.
• The applicant must have cleared their previous examination will at least 50% marks.
• The applicant must belong to minority communities i.e. Buddhist, Christian, Jain, Muslim, Parsee & Sikh.

Aikyashree Post-Matric Scholarship

To help the students who have completed their class 12 examination and want to study higher education the West Bengal State Government launched Aikyashree Post-Matric Scholarship. Students who want to pursue you undergraduate or postgraduate degree are eligible to apply for the Aikyashree Post-Matric Scholarship. The selected students for this scholarship will get financial assistance to continue their education. The financial assistance will be transferred directly to the applicant’s bank account. The last day to apply for the Aikyashree Post-Matric Scholarship is 15th January 2024. The applicant must have cleared their class 12 examination to avail of the benefits of the scheme.

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of West Bengal State.
• The applicant must belong to minority communities i.e. Buddhist, Christian, Jain, Muslim, Parsee & Sikh.
• The applicant must have completed their class 11 12 graduation of post-graduation courses.
• The applicant must have secured at least 50% marks in the last Higher Secondary/ Graduation examination.
• The annual income of the applicant’s family must not exceed INR 2 lakh per year.

Merit Cum Means Scholarship

The Merit Cum Means Scholarship is for students who are pursuing professional courses. All the students who are pursuing technical or professional courses are eligible to apply for Merit Cum Means Scholarship. This scholarship will provide financial assistance to students who want to study higher education without worrying about financial troubles. All the Students who clear the eligibility criteria can fill out the application form to avail the benefits of the scheme. If the annual income of the applicant’s family exceeds INR 2.5 lakh per year he will not be selected for the Merit Cum Means Scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicant must be a domicile of West Bengal.
• The student applicants must be studying in technical or professional courses.
• Must have secured at least 50% marks in the last Higher Secondary/Graduation Examination.
• The annual income of the applicant’s family must not exceed INR 2.5 lakh per year.
• Students residing in West Bengal but pursuing studies in institutes outside West Bengal are not eligible (Except listed institutes).

Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Means Scholarship Minority

All the students who are pursuing studies from class XI to Post-graduation level in regular courses including Diploma (Polytechnic), Diploma in Pharmacy, B.Ed, DLED, etc. Are eligible to apply for the Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Means Scholarship Minority. This scholarship will provide financial assistance to those who are selected for the scholarship. This scholarship will help the students to continue their education without worrying about financial troubles. If the annual income of the applicant’s family exceeds INR 2.5 lakh per year he will not be selected for the Merit Cum Means Scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of West Bengal State and have been studying in the state.
• Students should have passed out in the current year from recognized institutions affiliated/accredited to the WBBSE/WBCHSE/WBBME/CBSE/ISC or university situated in the state of West Bengal.
• The annual income of the applicant’s family must not exceed INR 2.5 lakh per year
• Minimum marks required in the last Examination-60% for Higher Secondary to Graduation level, 53% for Post-graduation level & Honours subject at Graduation level, and 55% for Graduation Level in case of engineering students.
