This time the Rajasthan Government has taken the initiative of introducing SJE Scholarship 2024. Under the SJE Scholarship 2024 students from all the communities like: SC.ST. OBC. DNT categories are eligible to apply. These scholarship schemes will be introduced to financially help students in their educational journey.

As many students belong to the Economically Weaker Section of the country and because of this they cannot afford their educational expenses. This SJE Scholarship will be transferred into the bank account of Selected candidates via direct bank transfer method. The amount of scholarships will depend on the type of scholarship and their eligibility criteria.

The objective of the Rajasthan SJE Scholarship

The main aim of the Rajasthan SJE Scholarship is to make all the financially weak students educated the same as the financially privileged students. With the rising amount of college fees, many students are not able to pay it, as they are about to take a drop in their education. Through this Rajasthan SJE Scholarship, students will easily pay their graduation fees. The selected students will receive a definite amount of scholarship for the duration of their courses.

SJE Post-Matric Scholarship for SC/ST/OBC Students

The SJE Post Matric Scholarship is introduced by the Social Justice And Empowerment Department of Rajasthan for the SC/ST/OBC students to financially support them. The scholarship amount will be transferred into the bank account of candidates via the DBT method. The annual family income of candidates from the SC/ST community should not be more than Rs. 2.5 lakh and OBC students’ annual family income should be less than Rs. 1 lakh. The best part of this SJE Post Matric Scholarship is that there are no Application fees for its submission. The selection of students will be done based on their eligibility criteria and academic records.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan
• The applicant should belong to the SC/ST/OBC Community.
• The candidate must enroll in classes 11th, 12th, and higher education levels.
• The annual family income of candidates from SC/ST.SBC community should not be more than Rs. 2.5 lakh, for  OBC 1 lakh, and Rs. 5 lakh for 5 Lakh for students studying at a nationalized institution.

Ambedkar International Scholarship Scheme for SC Students

The Ambedkar International Scholarship Scheme is introduced for the SC Students to offer them financial assistance to cover the Ph.D. expenses in international institutes. The candidates will get a scholarship amount directly into their bank account. The candidate must enroll in the following courses: Social Science, Public Administration, Law, Economics, Political Science, and Anthropology. The annual family income of candidates from the SC/ST community should not be more than Rs. 6 lakh.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must belong to the SC Community.
• The candidate should complete their post-graduation in an India-recognised institute with at least 55% marks.
• The age of the candidate should not be more than 35 years.
• The applicant must enroll in the following courses in PhD in a foreign institute or university:
  • Social SciencePublic AdministrationLawEconomicsPolitical Science
  • Anthropology
• The annual family income of candidates from SC/ST community should not be more than Rs. 6 lakh.

Dr. Ambedkar Post Matric Scholarship for EBC Students

The Ambedkar Post Matric Scholarship is introduced for EBC students to offer them financial assistance to cover their education expenses from the 11th to the Postgraduate level. The candidates will get a scholarship amount directly into their bank account. The students who got selected under the scholarship will get a Book allowance, study tour expenses, maintenance allowance, repayment of mandatory non-refundable fees, etc. The selection of students will be done based on their eligibility criteria and academic records.

Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must belong to the General category of EBC.
• Applicants must enroll in the 11th to Postgraduate level.
• The annual family income of candidates from the EBC community should not be more than Rs. 1 lakh.

SJE Post Matric Scholarship for SBC Students

The SJE Post Matric Scholarship is introduced for the SBC students to offer them financial assistance to cover their education expenses from the 11th to the Postgraduate level. The candidates will get a scholarship amount directly into their bank account. The students who got selected under the scholarship will get a Book allowance, study tour expenses, maintenance allowance, repayment of mandatory non-refundable fees, etc. The selection of students will be done based on their eligibility criteria and academic records.

Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must belong to the SBC Community.
• Applicants must enroll in11th to Postgraduate level.
• The annual family income of candidates from the SBC  community should not be more than Rs. 1.08 lakh.
• Students who are in distance courses or corresponding can also apply.

SJE Ambedkar Fellowship Scheme for SC Students

The SJE Ambedkar Fellowship Scheme is introduced for the SC Students to offer them financial assistance to cover the Ph.D. expenses in international institutes. The candidates will get a scholarship amount directly into their bank account. The candidate must enroll in the following courses: Social Science, Public Administration, Law, Economics, Political Science, and Anthropology. The annual family income of candidates from SC/ST community should not be more than Rs. 6 lakh.

There will be no application fees for the submission of the SJE Scholarship form.

SJE Scholarship Online Registration

• Students first need to visit the Official Website of the SJE Portal.
• The homepage will appear on your screen, here you need to click on the Scholarship option.
• Now a fresh page will appear on your screen, select the Sign up/Register button.
• On this page select the Citizen option and enter your Janaadhar number/Enrollment number.
• After completing these details go back to the Login page.
• Complete the process and fill in your SJE Scholarship form.
• Here enter all the required details and attach your relevant documents.
• At last click on the Submit button to complete the process.

• Applicants first need to visit the Official Website of the SJE Portal.
• The homepage will appear on your screen, here you need to click on the Login option.
• The Login page will open on your screen, here you need to enter the following details:
  • Digital identity/Username
  • Password
• After filling all, these details click on the Login button to complete the process.
