West Bengal Talent Support Stipend

The West Bengal Talent Support Stipend is an initiative of West Bengal Minorities Development and Finance Corporation under the Minority Affairs and Madrasah Education Department, Government of West Bengal to provide financial help to the minority community students of West Bengal which include Christian, Muslim, Jain, Sikh, Buddhist and Punjabi. All the students of West Bengal who come under this community will be able to register themselves under this West Bengal Talent Support Stipend. 

• The selected candidate will get a scholarship amount that will cover the education expenses from class 11 to the Ph.D. level. The amount of the scholarship will depend on the course in which the candidate is currently enrolled and the duration of pursuing courses.  The annual family income of the candidate should not be more than 2 lakh per annum.
• Registration under West Bengal Talent Support Stipend the last date will be on 31st March 2024. Candidates must register before the deadline as they will miss this great opportunity of getting financial assistance for their educational expenses.

The meaning of West Bengal talent support is to financially help the minority communities students of West Bengal to come under economically weaker sections to offer them financial help which will cover their educational expenses. Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate must be a permanent resident of West Bengal.
• Applicants should enroll in class 11th to Ph.D. level under the West Bengal-recognized Institute.
• The annual family income should not be more than 2 lakh per annum.
• Students must belong to a minority community:  Muslim,  Christian,  Buddhist,  Sikh, and Punjabi.
• Applicants must score at least 50% marks in their previous examination.
